“As envisioned by the Project activities, her company was specifically engaged to elaborate 7 business plans for 3 newly stablished Demo-centers for drying of fruit and packaging of vegetables, 3 associations of agriculture producers and regional cooperation network “The Garden od Serbia”. Specific activities included: analysis of current situation of particular agriculture organisation, organising workshops with stakeholders, drafting business plans and finalizing them in accordance with the comments recived from the Project Management Team.
As per request scope of work, Ms. Matovic and her team have implemented envisioned activities efficently and within the required timeframe, respectful of inputs provided by stakeholders and Project Management Team. In that way, she has delivered the expected results and thus contributed to successful implemetation of our Project.”

“Throughout PPES project supported by USAID, Ms. Matovic has successfully implemented part of the Year 4 and 5 competitiveness project for companies from South Serbia in shoes industry. Her company was engaged for preparation and organization of the Trade Mission in Moscow, Russia.
Working in particular undeveloped region of Southern Serbia, Ms. Matovic demonstrated sense of tolerance and sensitivity to the different needs of the different companies from the shoes sector in South Serbia, where she managed to prepare very well prior to the visit and served in Moscow as good facilitator in the meetings that were organized.
Without her positive energy and very good competence the implementation of that particular project would have been at a serious disadvantage since that was first try of the companies from South Serbia to enter in Russian market. “
